Our Lady of the Seven Sorrows medal that depicts the Virgin Mary on the front, her heart is pierced by seven swords which represent the seven sorrows. The reverse side of the medal depicts the three Marys at the Crucifixion of Jesus Christ. Las Tres Marías, the Three Maries or the Holy Women, are the Virgin Mary, Mary Magdalene, and Mary of Cleofas. This medal can be worn as a necklace or made into Seven Sorrows rosary chaplet.

The Seven Graces are:

7. I have obtained (this Grace) from my Divine Son, that those who propagate this devotion to my tears and sorrows, will be taken directly from this earthly life to eternal happiness since all their sins will be forgiven and my Son will be their eternal consolation and joy.
