Archangel Michael pocket token. The front depicts St. Michael, the warrior angel of protection and the reverse is marked “O St Michael give us your strength to defeat our fears and to rise up to any challenge”.

Michael the Archangel is the patron saint of grocers, mariners, paratroopers, police officers, military personnel, the dying, and cemeteries. Brussels, Germany Papua New Guinea, and the Basques; invoked against peril at sea. His feast day is September 29th.

Archangel Michael, whose name means ‘he who is as God’, is most often thought of as the angel of protection and the most powerful of all the angels. He is the Great Defender of all that is good. He can be called upon for strength and courage, as well as protection. He assists in situations where you are afraid, confused or concerned for your safety.
